Delivery took a little longer than expected to reach my home in Texas, but everything else went extremely smoothly. When my doll was finally delivered, she was in good shape and had been packed according to my request—but her wig was the wrong color. I emailed them, and they promptly responded with the appropriate wig. I’m incredibly happy with the doll (it’s in terrific form), and the customer service is fantastic.
