Yes, from the moment of ordering through the delivery, customer service was great! I received my doll a few days ago and the quality and realism are fantastic, I already want another one! Very Nice and so real. I see her and think that see is going to talk! Just an FYI, the weight of the doll was spot on, and I had no idea of the effort I’d put into moving her around, but, I’m certain this is going to get me back in shape!
